need to fix or you can just neglecting gambit.

Meatball sucks. Wait, the game mode "Gambit" largely sucks. Wait...

1 ReplyI'd like to add that "saving" invades should be removed. Once a team has their primevil they shouldn't be able to invade until the other team gets their primevil up. 4 stacks do this all the time against solos and it's infuriating. Between that and the stupid meatball and "Mote draining" the game mode is absolute misery. I only play the very bare minimum required for pinnacle until cap. I used to like Gambit but now it's just a dumpster fire... only a wee bit less 💩 than the crucible / Stasis 💩- show.

1 ReplyBungie destroyed gambit with beyond light. It used to be so much fun the way it was. No idea why they had to change gambit and remove prime. As if that wasn't bad enough, there's barely any maps left. Doesnt make sense why crucible maps are still available for vaulted destinations but not the same with gambit.

As a Gambit lover from day 1 of it was introduced into the game - I can say thay Gambit is pretty much super casual now. All good stuff is watered down. Tense, catch up mechanics, mote tactics. There is no teams in app, and all you get is those afk bountie hunters. Gambit Prime was the perfect mode Gambit could ever had.
-
I'd like for motes to stop dropping into the scenery where you can't retrieve them 🙄
-
Gambit is literally trash at this point. The only reason to play it is for pinnacles and the new hand cannon. It's not fun when every team using Lament or Anarchy or even the new titan chest piece instantly killing the boss as soon as it spawns in. I also hate the fact that whichever team gets more ammo drops pretty much wins.
-
Meatball can be removed. If bungie are worried about the malfeasance quest and ship/sparrow, add them to end of match rewards and make it so first win gives the quest. Nobody likes fighting the meatball.

2 RepliesI think they increased the taken servetor spawn rate to keep people from melting the bosses with swords.

Crucible as well

This is what you get with a compnay that only does half-assed work. PvP still waiting for them to do any work 😄

19 RepliesI love the Meatball. Watching sword monkeys flounder and not know what to do is hilarious.
-
Just give the meatball a flat spawn chance; the curse week spawn adjustments stuff isn't necessary anymore. Other than that, they need to makes the bosses actually move around the damn field or do more unique stuff. Hacking away at their legs with Lament, zapping them with Anarchy, or blowing chunks out of them with Xenophage is stupid easy now even if you have enemies invading constantly.

1 ReplyThe bank broke in my game, wouldn’t come out of the floor. https://youtu.be/M25ZW6UOi6A

Eyeball is great as sword wielders would just win all the time otherwise
-
Meatball should be boss a good percentage of the time, in fact they really could do with adding in some extra bosses for more variety. I agree about maps, if they're going to keep it as a game mode, it needs extra maps. More maps, more bosses with different mechanics.
-
They said they fixed a bunch of issues with gambit like motes dropping under the ground or inside a rock/wall but once again they lied. I haven’t seen anything at all get better.
-
7 RepliesWhy not add champions, they are in everything else
-
Played like 30 matches of gambit this season and gotten eye ball like 4 times it’s not that common
-
Literally -blam!- Kelly’s grave, piss lake the map

4 RepliesDon't think about people who don't have malfeasance?

I've seen it once this season

4 RepliesEdited by GalaxySpider: 2/12/2021 11:23:36 AMDisagree. This boss actually makes people stop melting an actual BOSS. Gambit right now is already short as it is. Sometimes you can't even complete a damn bounty or use a super because everyone just use Lament on the bosses and rush trough the matches. It actually should be the only Boss available with the current Gambit system.
-
I would just like a team of blue berries, that don't lose over 50 motes a game, know when to bank people. I'm dreaming it's 3/4 years of gambit now and people still don't know how to play or just don't care lol

The old D1 rift maps would make good gambit maps and should be relatively easy to port over.
