Did you try rolling back your drives to 20.4.2? I have an rx580 instead of a 6900, but went from 48 fps to 65+ on the tangled shore after doing so.

20.4.2 would be before 6000-series support, however it's interesting to note that's a regression point. I'll pass that on to some folks who'd be interested in knowing...
