I am having a problem where I am unable to tour the H.E.L.M. When I first got on the game it didn't load up a cutscene or mission instantly like it did for my friends. So I did the mission on Nexus manually, the problem is it didn't take me to the H.E.L.M instantly to continue the quest. Last season I didn't complete the seasonal quest intro because I didn't have any of the DLCs or the season pass. So when the DLCs went on sale I bought them right when this season came out so I have all the DLCs and have done the intro missions for all of them too but it just won't let me access the HELM or progress at all. Somebody please help thank you.
