"Powerful engrams" at or below light level
Why is it I am now where near the soft cap but my "powerful engrams" are dropping at or below the light level of what my character has on. E.G. 1257, or 1261 arms when I am wearing 1261 arms???? I will never even get to the soft cap this season at this rate....

2 Replieshow do people still not understand that the power level of the drops are based on your overall power level, not your specified piece of gear that just happens to be higher than your other pieces.... you just got unlucky...it's working exactly how it's supposed to and exactly how it has been for years....
