I have completed the intro Battleground: Behemoth activity which then takes you to the H.E.L.M. However, upon arriving I was initially able to interact with the console on your left. However, I received no further direction about interacting with the war table. I went over to the table and was able to take the bounties and the mods, but did not receive the dialogue, nor the seasonal artifact. I tried re-completing the Battleground activity, logging out and back in, and I tried completing the activity on another character. I am unable to progress any further.
