[b]I just finished grinding out the 21 strikes I needed to get an exotic cipher from xur, went to the EDZ, turned in the quest, and saw the Cipher land on the right side of the screen[/b], then went to the tower to grab my sweet sweet cabal huntin' 4th horseman [b]and saw that I didn't have the cipher in my inventory.[/b] It wasn't in the postmaster, it wasn't in my vault. It's just not there. For some weird reason it kinda broke my gamer-boy heart. I am far more upset about this than I should be, admittedly, but it's just so frustrating when you go to do something out of a love of the lore and the gameworld, like get a gun that was designed for what you're about to be doing in the story, and then have that shat upon by a freak game glitch. [b]I've done this quest before and didn't have this happen[/b], but this time was celebratory, so it stings that [i]now[/i] was when it had to happen. [b]My postmaster wasn't full, I didn't already have a cipher in my inventory. It just didn't show up.[/b] I can't decide weather to be sad or livid. I think I'll just go with sad for now.
