The Gambler's Palm

Is there any way, in the future, for Bungie to make it so that Cayde's sparrow can drop more frequently for players who haven't already got it? I grinded the old tangled shore heroic adventures every week (until they were sunset) and the spider bounties and the strike (still am) and the hallowed lair nightfall and still didn't get it. I probably just have the shittiest luck. I still grind out the spider bounties and hallowed lair strike every week I can and still nothing. I even made a new character to try and see if killing the barons one more time would work. Still nothing. The hallowed lair strike is has this weird bug on the last phase where if you try to kill him with celestial nighthawk after he tethers you for the first time he just stays immune so we had to wipe. After that it was fine. Not sure if it happened to anyone else, or with any other supers, but it was more inconvenient than annoying. I've read all the reddit posts about where to get it and farm for it, but it seems way easier to raid exotics than it is to get this sparrow. At least when grind a raid, I'm actually having fun while doing it. Is there any way in the future to make the sparrow easier to get? Not even, just raise its drop rate from spider bounties and wandering high value targets. You could even make it so that it drops from the chest they drop when defeated instead of an engram. The lost sector ones too. Or you could make it so that the weekly silent fang bounty has a higher chance at dropping it. Or make it like the 1K voices where the drop chance gets like what? 10% higher each time you don't get it? Or just make spider outright just sells it for a handful of legendary shards and glimmer, or have Eververse sell it for 1k glimmer. Personally I like the 1K voices approach to it but honestly I'm so tired of grinding for it. Either way that would be so much better than the way it is in its current state. I know the people working at Bungie already have a lot on their plate right now and I can't imagine what's it like having hundreds of people tell you different things all at the same time while trying to make something most can enjoy, but this is just something to put way back on the stockpiles of backburners you already have.
