Hello, yesterday I have installed Overwolf and install its extensions.
I use this because I play Rainbow Six and want to see Stats Tracker (this not abuse game code of conduct), in Overwolf I have installed
- R6 Tabstats,
- R6 Analyst,
- R6 Tracker,
- StatsDB,
- Outplayed,
- Ekko,
- Fuze.tv,
- Ouch,
- Replay HUD,
- Killer Voices,
- Insights Capture
I also done playing Harbinger activity and today I log in to my Steam account and get message like "You have been banned by game developer", I received a account banned
I just want to know do you guy use Overwolf while playing Destiny 2? and how can I unlift the bans?
*edit
While I playing I was uploading my file from local drive to cloud drive using OneDrive, is it cause a problem to get bans due to network / internet connection problem? please look and investiage the open case ID: 62595
Thanks,

I think this has been a big issue lately with people getting banned for software that has nothing to do with destiny 2. Also the ban appeal form is of no help even if you submit an appeal, with evidence, most likely there will be no response.

1 ReplyHi Frostbyte, I'm Dana, from Overwolf, and I came across your post. I wanted to clarify that Overwolf does not support Destiny 2 and does not interact with it in any way. Therefore, it cannot cause you to get banned. If you have any other questions regarding Overwolf, feel free to send me a message!

ํYes, I also got banned by install Overwolf with some of Rainbow Six Siege extensions (Outplayed, R6 Tracker, more)... I sent a contact form to appeal but no responses (kinda sad...)

How long Bungie take time to respond the case? I have opened case for 3 days without any feedback, I would like to play when season 13 come out! and... If my connection is unstable, is this lead to get banned due to make other player discontentment? I also use Action! to record my game play , may be it trigger to get ban because it hook in to the game?

1 ReplyTry the appeal form to see if that works.
