Thinking that it might be linked to the battle.net needing a PCMove since it has been awhile since I have played, Tried using multiple browsers to complete this process including using the app and phone browsers to only get
"null is not an object (evaluating 'this.state.user.characterDisplays')"
Originally the game after installing through steam begins the start up only to freeze after hitting the first return button to start the login.
I have attempted to contact steam to have them only say they do not control the game issues.
I have attempted a reinstall under a better connection
I have attempted a steam fix and repair and nothing takes me further.
I literally haven't even been able to play the game.
Is it cause My account is old or under Battle.net? Which I don't know if it is.
What is there to do and is there someone I can chat message to assist with verifying?

2 RepliesSee the important update on the PC Move page, it is no longer available. This means that if you didn't migrate from battle.net before the expiry, you would not have your data transferred over to Steam. In which case, you would need to start afresh on Steam. As for the issue of the game freezing, can you provide a link to a fresh DxDiag link?
