Anybody Else Here to Complain About the Eyes of Tomorrow Drop Rates?
Because I sure am! This is I want to say my 36th loot clear of the raid with no drop. I honestly don't know what to assume from bungie aside from using this to pump their raid engagement numbers. Kinda makes the effort I put in unrewarding. At least for Scourge's title, I didn't need anarchy to get it and it had a similar drop rate at first. My piece of advice, remove the rocket from seal requirements or give it bad luck protection because it's honestly unacceptable and laughable that this hasn't been addressed.

We get this question a lot. Checked with the team, Eyes of Tomorrow does have a cumulative drop chance-- meaning each week you beat Taniks on your account, the chance of you getting those sweet sweet homing rockets goes up (eventually all the way to 100% if you are super unlucky)
Based on this, it's possible to go 40 weeks without 100% guaranteed drop of this. Lovely.

I just don’t have the will or time to farm something that as rare as a shiny raquaza in Pokémon emerald. And with that I can brag to my friends and family since it’s a huge achievement. EoT has been heavily crippled and maybe is worth getting for next season. I hope you guys get it soon, because I’m already bored of the raid 7 runs in. Edit: So I’m not bored of DSC because of the mechanics, the mechanics are spot on. It’s that it’s not very difficult past your 1st time clear. Raids are supposed to be hard, but I find myself spacing out while playing the raid a lot. It’s hard to keep engaged when there is virtually nothing that requires your attention.

1 ReplyI got both One Thousand Voices and Anarchy on my third character runs of the final week of year 2, right before shadowkeep came out. It should cap at 20 looted runs. I say this having gotten Eyes twice.

I see we're on day 4 of people in this game asking for handouts so they can go back to PvP and play it 25 hours a week for zero useful loot at all. Major dlc raids seem to be lasting for about 3 years (last wish is still here and Levi was sunset after 3). All sunset raid exotics are available for purchase in the tower now. [b][i]it is not phsycially possible to miss out on the fun you people are complaining about nothing[/i][/b] There was a time when the community enjoyed the challenge. Now ya'll want mommy Bungo to feed your your loot bottle so you can go back to sh*tting your diapers and watching Telletubbies. It's gross.

2 Replies23 clears for me, no EoT. 50+ clears for a clan mate, no EoT. If the RNG is this bad and Bungie cannot guarantee a drop for that season seal, why work on the seal at all?

4 RepliesYeah titles/seals shouldn’t be tied to rng. I’m in the same boat, 20+ clears no rocket. Last thing I need for the seal. You would’ve thought they’d learned their lesson with the dreaming city. Guess not.

1 ReplyA clan mate of mine has gotten it 4 times in his 12 runs. I've done 16 and gotten it zero. Bungie has zero excuses for this. I'm tired of their shit tier RNG.

30ish runs for me and no EOT, one clan mate has gotten it 7, yes 7 times while raiding with him.

Pretty much despise the raid at this point! Having learnt that there is loot protection helps a lot. Now at least when I don't get it I can know I've atleast made some progress towards it.

I got it on my third clear on my hunter aswell as 1st time on my warlock and Titan which I did runs back to back. Been running the raid with my friends everyweek and 3 of them are just missing EoT for the Descendant seal. Everytime I ask straight away if anyone got it, so disheartening when they say no.

RNG system in this game is manipulated to keep you playing. Without a doubt RNG should NEVER play into titles or seals.
