Just to report the low FPS/low utilization problem is still there for 6900 XT with the newest AMD driver 21.2.1.

guess not thats what i'm running and i'm hoping they have a fix before the 9th i want to be able to play the new season but if there isnt a fix then i guess there's no need to have the game installed
