Unable to get exotic cypher quest
I can't get the exotic cipher quest from Xur despite never getting the quest from him in the first place. I am fully unable. I don't have one in my inventory, and i don't have the quest in my inventory. I don't know why, I need help on this.

2 RepliesDo you remember abandoning the quest with your character at some point? You may need to pick up and complete the quest with one of your other characters before Xur will have one for your main again.

1 ReplyHi. Thanks for your report. Do you have less than 63 bounties and quests in your Quests section? When you try to acquire the quest, does the game say anything when hovering over the quest, such as an error message?
