3 RepliesMeanwhile this post has zero upvotes. Hmmm...

7 RepliesWhy can't they? Does it bother you that much? Games on a downward spiral, but you Bungie lapdogs will continue to lap up their crap.
-
Because they still play they just want something to whine about
-
I haven’t played in two months I’m on the forums about three to four days a week cause it’s entertaining
-
Because forums are way more fun that the actual game
-
Edited by BossCharacter: 1/28/2021 5:48:07 PMThey will tell you they are offering feedback. They probably are in some instances. But they also never act like they are enjoying whatever they are playing instead of Destiny so I think it’s just a lot of people who just like to feel miserable about something because that makes them feel alive. Not judging, just how I see it.
-
Because they want attention, mommy and daddy didn’t give them enough.

Same reason ticks would bite a dog on the b**. It is not their first choice, but they need it to survive. Without it, their empty lives would come to an end, and they will drown in a bowl of tears, crying in th... Brb, my pizza is here. Man, I hate it when they get your order wrong, I asked for cheese and mushroom, and got mushroom and cheese. I AM GOING TO POST ABOUT IT ON THEIR WEBSITE RIGHT NOW!

11 RepliesNo one who genuinely hates the game will come here to blast it, because it wouldn’t be on their mind at all. Their anger comes from a place of passion, because they are, at the end the day, fans of Destiny. That does not mean that they need to love everything and anything about Destiny as it currently is. Sunset my gear, sunset my business.

16 RepliesEdited by Necrogen: 1/26/2021 6:17:45 PMBecause they are the true fanboys. Think about what you said. they aren't even playing the game and they are still talking about it. To them, this game lives rent free upstairs and they hate to see others enjoy it. They are on the outside looking in wanting to get out from the cold tough world that is gaming.
-
1 ReplyHalo brought me here.
-
Because "If I can't enjoy it, you aren't allowed to either", and so the "If you like this game you are a blind bungie fanboy" meme started.
-
Because addiction sucks, and the resentment is real...post addiction
-
They live in their parents basement and have nothing better to do.
-
2 RepliesEasy attention.
-
3 RepliesMisery loves company. If they cant be happy, they want to ruin it for everyone else.
-
Because they like to troll
-
Cuz they are empty and soulless.
-
2 RepliesIt's quite simple really, their lives suck they are bored and they have nothing better to do.

3 RepliesWhen you’ve been invested in a franchise for 6 years, your interest doesn’t end in an instant. The forums allow you to keep your finger to the pulse of a game, without investing the hundreds of hours/ dollars necessary to stay involved in the actual game itself. More importantly, why is it any of your business why someone might want to use a forum? Personally, I enjoy reading the posts. I find some of them entertaining. The forums allow me to briefly dabble in destiny without going through the 8 hour process of downloading the game again. Without the forums it’s likely I would’ve gotten back into the game.

i pop in to see if there's a D3 or D1 remastered in the works. 🤷🏽♂️

Depends on where they post. Many people hang around in OffTopic because they have friends that they meet up with in that subforum. But they enforce a strict policy down there that Destiny will not be talked about. Now for those who continue to post here? 1 Attachment.....they just can't let go and move on. 2. Resentment. 3. Addiction. 4. Revenge. 5. Attention-seeking. Negativity gets you attention. So feeding the negative narratives around here will get you affirming posts ("You're right!!"), upvotes and attention. Before Bungie instituted a policy that you actually had to own the game and played the intial mission in order to be able to post? Shit, we had trolls here who were shit-talking a game that they didn't even OWN and hadn't played in two years, posting here on a daily basis. That's how ridiculous---and sad----it can get.

9 RepliesYou know those losers that can't handle the real world so they hang around their old high school & go to high school parties for years after they graduate?
-
The ones that put the game down every second they can and dont even play the game are just trolling. No need to pay them attention because attention fuels them. The guys who genuinely do feel like their time isn't valued and want to play but just dont have enough incentive to invest their time into the game, deserve to be listened to, feedback wise anyways. Either way, its just a game at the end of the day, feedback and suggestions is all you can do to take into consideration. Stamping feet and clashing with eachother never solves anything.

Usually talking smack although they haven't played in 6 months.
Hmm, and explain the difference between players that still play that are talking smack? I don't think you really thought this one through.

Watching a boat sink is really entertaining. It's also a long process.
