I noticed in the recent update notes that the respawn issue at the end of the Inverted Spire strike is still not resolved contrary to the statement in the update notes. If a member of the fireteam dies right before the current floor or platform disappears their ghost is made inaccessible for the remainder of the activity. This is very disappointing during the 1300 Grandmaster runs when you still have revives and time left on the clock.
