So a few days ago I finally got a phone plan (yay) and today I tried to link it to my bungie account.
However, I'm getting an error that reads "We’ve encountered an error, please try again later. (3)"
I'm using a canadian phone number, not a VOIP number.
EDIT: Never mind, had to wait about 10 seconds after recieving the code for it to work properly.

I just had the same issue. Waiting around 30 seconds fixed the issue.
