I lagged a little bit for one day and I get crucible restricted for 2 months. There are players blatantly hacking and even when players report them, nothing happens. Blatant hackers and cheaters who are clearly aimbotting and wallhacking yet bungie restricts me for having an unstable Internet connection for one f***ing day. What a joke. Bungie, do something. This is hella disappointing as I have been a loyal player to this game since its initial release with Destiny 1. Absolute nightmare and joke.

4 RepliesJolly good. Lagging is cheating.

bungie restricts me for having an unstable Internet connection for one f***ing day
First, you aren't getting restricted for lagging once. It is absolutely untrue that you lagged only one day.
I lagged a little bit for one day and I get crucible restricted for 2 months.
Second, looks like you got restricted multiple times right now it wouldn't be 2 months if it was your first time. It's your fault if you ignore bungies warnings.

1 ReplySo you knew you were lagging and continued to play all day anyways lol lol enjoy the ban.
-
6 RepliesDon’t you get multiple warnings before a ban?
-
1 ReplyShoulda quit when you realized you were lagging.
-
3 RepliesYou lagging is the same as cheating. Destiny is a peer-to-peer game, so when you lag, the other players have a bad gaming experience. You deserve it!
-
Maybe YOU thought you were fine, but were lagging to others for a longer period of time.
-
A 2 month restriction is the second offense punishment, after the initial 2 week restriction, so clearly this wasn’t a 1 time thing.
-
4 RepliesIt's never just one incident mate. That's not how they ban.
-
4 RepliesYou have lagged more than one day. The first restriction is 2 weeks so this is your second restriction.
-
1 ReplyHell no, This is flat out network manipulation. You know you’re a lagger. And a ban that Long isnt for first time offenders. It’s at least a Second offense. Go find an offline game to play until you fix your dialup “Running Man”....
-
Once that's not how this works

4 RepliesWell I’ve read through your responses to other players and I understand that you think that you lagged once but the thing is. You have to be reported a certain amount of times to get a ban. It’s not just one control game, it has to be throughout the week your playing. Now you said that your first ban was justified just bc your internet was bad bc of construction. What about the first warning you received from Bungie that your internet was bad and you may get banned if it’s not fixed. When you received that warning was construction going on? It appears to me that you think you were only lagging for one game but I think your internet is just bad overall and you were restricted for it. This ban seems fairly deserved and I suggest you do something about your connection bc the next flag will be for a season. Also don’t tell ppl to shut up when this ban was your fault and yours alone, pinning that fault on Bungie or the player base is very immature. Take responsibility, hear the community and understand that only you can fix this issue, nobody else. Maybe fix your internet while this two month ban is taking place.
-
2 RepliesMaybe lagging once for you, but the view may have been different for the opponents you faced.
-
I'd find a decent PvP game fella . One that has dedicated servers for a start.
-
1 ReplyLet me hit you with a reality check... They don't care about you, they don't care about me and they don't care about the community. The only way to win this mental battle, is to walk away from this game and never look back.
-
1 ReplyBans take quite a while to happen, the lag from one recent match is not likely the cause but more likely consistent lag from a previous time
-
I was lagging bad last night during Aksis challenge , oh wait wrong game.
-
6 RepliesHow many times you "lag out" in that one day? I've had it happen 3 or 4 times and no ban. If you lagged out more often then that then you should have stopped until your Internet was more stable. This is assuming they wernt rage wuits ofcourse.
-
1 ReplySort your internet out and this won't happen 👍

I had the two week restriction. I have the fastest service available where I live. It is touted as 12 down and 2 up but rarely do I see optimal performance. There is nothing I can do about that so I don’t play any multi-player activities except for pinnacle rewards. I understand that playing against lag sucks. I try to stay out of it. Again though, there is nothing I can do about my isp sucking when there is nothing else available.

3 RepliesI think there's a form you can feel out to have your ban reviewed. Go in the help section; someone may be able to help. Not 100% sure though.
