By fixed you mean half-assed fixed. Yes you can get it IF you rerun the mission with your fire team. But if you already ran it you still don't get it. Can Bungo fix this? YES. They have done it before. Will they? Hell no because they just don't care about us at all anymore. Granted most of us, including me, will indeed be running it again anyways because we want the ship. But that's does not an excuse for Bungo dealing with its PAID customers in a near criminal manner. I paid for that triumph by playing by their rules. They say sorry you can't get it unless you pay again. In some countries in the past that would be either a chopping off of the hands canning, sold into slavery or simply execution. Sounds right to me lately. When will Bungo be held accountable for their miss actions? I love this game, play it everyday since D1 release. But I HATE how poor Bungo has become at testing and fixing bug issues! And they are coming faster and more frequent then ever.
