Matches in crucible not counting towards pinnacle
Ran 3 rumble and 2 controls and am at 2/3 matches. Did a search and seems half of 2020 had the same glitch any fix other thrn backing out and trying again? First match I ran didnt even count

any fix for this yet Bungie? i suffered through 3 matches with the only thing getting me through was at the end of #3 i would get my pinnacle gear & not have to play crucible for a week. Looking for gear after match 3 & there isn't any, says 2/3 matches completed. Suffer through a 4th, still says 2/3. Wth???? I hate crucible & the only reason i play at all is to get my pinnacle gear & then i have to play extra matches of this rubbish & still no gear. Could you either: 1. fix the problem 2. make crucible playable or 3. send us the gear we have earned.

My pinnacle gear didn’t count this week. It did say it was completed in crucible but didn’t give me higher gear, my exotic season engrams were low level too my clan rewards low level not pinnacle and when I did three strikes for pinnacle gear in vanguard it didn’t even count them. I backed out and ran three more so six strikes none counted. I just stopped playing all together today gonna wait till reset. What’s the point if I can’t level anything up?

This is especially the case if you enter a match that is already in progress. Unfortunately, the only workaround at this time is to simply play again.
