Fix Merciless Please
I wanna use it again but the exotic perk is not activating. I probably sound like an imbecile but I actually like Merciless. Please fix.

No I want it back too. It would be amazing for the security encounter of the raid. Also with the catalyst it is literally just the best fusion rifle to ever exist in terms of base stats.
