Old Account data

So about a year and a half ago my pc broke and was unable to get a new pc, only recently maybe 4 days ago I managed to get it up and fixed and was eager to play destiny 2. Noticed that I couldn't transfer my account any longer since I think 30th of December. I've tweeted twice and heard nothing so I have come here. I am really sad and annoyed that one, it is deleted and two I was not informed at all that all my data and game purchases would be gone, I spent years on that game and all I got was one email from august 2019 telling me they're moving to other platforms. I was not warned at all and had no way of knowing myself of this information until real recent. I think anyone who has spent years grinding on this game will agree that is a major blow and is unfair in everyway especially that I payed for thing on there. is there any way that my data is still available by special request or is definitely deleted. I understand the game is free, not sure about the dlc's as I had them but literal years of grinding all gone is really depressing and I get if I was informed of this information and did nothing about it but I was not warned at all just one email from 2019 august with nothing to do with deleted data of accounts which has made me quite angry. if there is anything that can be done please let me know, destiny 2 was one of my favourite games and there is no way I'm going to play and go through years of progress again. Thanks you.

Anything associated with battle.net is gone. Users had 14+ months to migrate. Emails were sent out. Bungie also made this known on Twitter and this week at bungie. At those point, it's to late, nothing can be done.

    • There is nothing to be done. You had over a year to complete the b.net to Steam migration. There would have been several warnings from both Bungie and Blizzard about the time frame to do so. You even said yourself that you did get an email about the platform change. That email would likely have included links/info on the time frame.
