I’m a returning player after about a year and a half and I must say removing entire planets and their content is sooo questionable. I understand it was a storage issue, but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This content is forever lost to time with absolutely no way to re-experience it. The music, the strikes, the artwork, the campaigns... It’s all just...gone.
I really think bungee should consider some sort of way to let people play these planets again even if only in some sort of legacy offline mode.

They will, and in far greater numbers.

At this point i dont even care

1 ReplyI want vex offensive, escalation protocol and menagerie back

1. The planets and locations are considered part of the Content Vault. If Bungie finds reason to bring back a location they will... this also covers all D1 locations which are also considered content Vaulted which is why the moon, Cosmodrome and VoG raid are in or due in D2. 2. D1/D2 are always online games and there will not be a offline mode.

Bungie said they are not trying to resell our stuff back to us. An example is going to be VoG, which will be free for all. So if more stuff is brought back, I doubt it
-
I paid extra at launch for the content too, and now it’s taken away with no refund. Terribly disappointed at Bungie for this.

1 ReplyProbably try to sell them back to us in their Matter IP
-
LoL of course. Just Reskined....
-
They'll reskin some stuff and sell it all back to us in the coming seasons I'm sure.

Edited by T_rar: 1/21/2021 4:25:53 PMThey will be resold to us as updated content as part of next year's expansion and they will remove Nessus and possibly more to get the same update treatment for the expansion after that.
-
Give us $20 and you’ll get Io for a whole season!
-
Maybe, maybe not. 🤷
-
Yes the probably will however it may not be until light fall or later

The destinations and strikes will most likely return at some point, but I doubt the campaigns will
