DID you know there is a BARCODE on the soccerball in FORGE?
Can anyone maybe read it and post the answer here!

That's what I though, but according to the Application Description on my phone of the Barcode Scanner it's supposed to work internationally. UPC, EAN, a JAN codes should be supported by it. Long story short, I have to agree it's probably something they just made up.

Anyways, this is EAN, so you would need a database that relates information to the code.

My barcode scanner on my phone was able to scan it, but there were no results. Also, I went to the online UPC website where you can manually enter a UPC code and there were no results. Now we wait for someone to make some ridiculous correlation between these numbers, something that Bungie likes, and the "secret" ending. Sigh.

Alright people. Maybe you've already figured this out. I work in a hypermarket, and as far as I can tell, it is impossible to scan a bar-code from any kind of surface that emits light.

you wouldnt dial a 0 1st maybe a 1-836-079-2091 , its probally someones phone number which i wouldnt call and be like uhhh i dialed this off a back of a soccer ball in halo -

083607 would be a Manufacturing ID and 972091 would be the product ID, at least thats how i remember barcodes working.. something bungie just made up -

the barcode is 0 83607 97209 1 if that is what your looking for

My phone did outline the code when it was it's original colors, then I tried inverting the colors so that the lines are black and the background white. Then my phone didn't outline it. However, I didn't get anything from it, neither did I find any sort of program that could read any of the pictures (original and inverted colors).
