Good read. Sunsetting has been nothing but a frustration for the player base and it has to go.

If Destiny was a game where every gun and piece of armor was truly powerful and unique, sunsetting would be necessary. But it’s not. It’s a game [i]full[/i] of mediocre gear with a few OP outliers. That doesn’t call for wholesale sunsetting, that calls for strategic balancing.
