Hello. You can head over to [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this article[/url][/b] and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie switch it. You may also want to read through their article for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
