DC/Moon reissues are NOT enough.
Seriously? FOUR weapons?
No, this is NOT acceptable.
Reissue all these weapons, people are paying for this content, and they should be getting rewards that are usable.
ALL of the DC/Moon weapons need to be reissued. Four weapons just feels like a "We heard you, here's some bread crumbs."
This isn't and shouldn't be acceptable. We're paying for this product, none of it should be unusable.

Currently the two expansions cost $25 and provide almost identical viable/relevant rewards to that of a $10 season. It's outright unacceptable. The 4 weapons and extra armor set are a GOOD step in the right direction to making these destinations and expansions worth the consumers dollars.
The problem is, it's still NOT enough. All of these weapons need to be relevant and viable until the expansion content is vaulted or becomes free to play, and that's the bottom line.
Also, I'll quote this line from the TWAB:

Its really dumb how they are reissuing the 3 crappy weapons only available from the Altars of sorrow activity and the pulse rifle from the Pit of heresy dungeon but not the rest of the Moon weapons that were good(in my opinion).

They should've just reintroduced the entire loot pool from the moon and dc .. Absolute bs that loud lullaby & twilight oath arent part of that

It's a disgrace. All the dlc weapons should've just had the sunset caps removed. No need for new perks to make rng even worse for grinding the same activities.

Definitely agree with reissuing ALL the Lunar weapons. Or retire the Lecture and ALL the associated content. It's going to be useless, otherwise....

I thought it was eight weapons. Four each. Either way, there will be more. It’s not like once we get these weapons Bungie is done reissuing weapons. Nobody should be surprised by this. Many of us knew we’d see reissued weapons. We were already getting reissued weapons before sunsetting as we were getting static rolled weapons with random rolls introduced. A few at a time each season added to the loot pool. Making some weapons relevant again and giving us way to actually farm for some of them. I’m interested in seeing what new perks are going to added to weapons. Could be perks we haven’t seen yet, or some we have that will make some of these weapons really shine. Or they could do nothing for the weapons and the weapons that went mostly unused before will still go unused as there are still better, and farmable options people prefer. I’m looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Can anyone here imagine we ended up in a Vouchsafe meta next season because of really neat perk combinations? Sure it’s a reissue, but it was rare to see anyone using it even when it new. Some of you have just been itching, waiting with fingers ready to type the moment reissuing happened. This reaction would have happened if Beyond Light released with reissued weapon, and this reaction would have happened if we didn’t see reissued weapons until Witch Queen released. I think some of you like acting angry at Bungie and Destiny more than playing the game, and have for years.

I think we'll see whatever seasonal weapons and such in addition to those weapons. I support the stupid idea, I want Waking Vigil back. (also horror's least, but beggars / choosers, etc)

8 Replieshow often did you use the dreaming city auto? the sniper? the only weapons I saw the most use was the weapons that are being reissued so at least their reissuing weapons people use often

1 ReplyI think all of them should be reissued with new perk pools if they are so reluctant to just remove the cap on them. That way if you buy Shadowkeep you no longer get useless drops anymore while still freshening things up.
