I was recently done with being introduced to people in the city and went straight to Amanda Holliday to retrieve the legacy quests, but they didn't appear, so I deleted all my quests I had because I thought that might do it, but it didn't...(found out that it's temporary removed). So now that I've no quest every mission/planet says I need to complete "A Spark of Hope" to be able to continue. I read that there is a kiosk near the postmaster, but the kiosk is not even there and people tell me to go to EDZ but I can't leave the tower because I need to complete the quest. This is really frustrating, i've been running around in the tower for hour, anyone got an idea? Thanks in advance!
