All Planets grayed out
"Friend just downloaded destiny 2 for the first time, I believe she has all the expansions and should be good to go.
Checking destinations, she’s only able
To go to the cosmodrome and doesn’t appear to have any missions. All planets are grayed out, even the tower.
Already tried deleting and reinstalling. During that we found she had 2 installs of the game, that’s been resolved.
Please help."

1 ReplyIn addition to what TuxyDoh mentioned, after your friend has finished the New Light questline to fully unlock the Cosmodrome and is ready to move on to other locations, there's a known issue with unlocking the Tangled Shore. If your friend tries to go there first without getting the quest from the kiosk first, it may show that your friend's quests are full. Just have them pick up the quest at The Tower at the kiosk beside the Postmaster before trying to get to the Tangled Shore.
