Bungie: Ive been playing since early D1 and really feel this game is one of the best looking games out there with unbeatable gunplay feel (when people actually have to pull the trigger more than once). I’ve really enjoyed my time in crucible over the years (till recently). So posting this isn’t easy for me. I’ve bought damn near every update and I’ve never disliked ANYTHING more than Stasis. Hate is a strong word most take lightly. I don’t. I HATE the new meta. Literally, I’d rather play laggy players with old school Mountain Tops in PvP than Stasis. Constant ability spam. Crappy small maps made even more claustrophobic with infinite ice walls. Stasis grenades that literally shut down supers... Super slides making slide shot gunners insanely powerful... Losing a gun fight? No worries, just shatter dive... Slowly but surely we are losing the first person SHOOTER aspect of the game. Big thumbs down for me. And the best part? It’s all combined with lying about “renewed” PvP focus. Did You REALLY deliver a DLC with no new PvP maps? Unbelievable! Not that you (or anyone) actually care, but for the first time ever I will not be purchasing your next DLC. Gonna take the fanboys’ advice and “then don’t play it” for a while. I hope others follow suit as losing money may be the only criticism you take to heart. P.S. the connections in PvP have gotten so bad that a few times in this week’s Iron Banner I was still taking damage by players firing shots during the results screen at least 10 seconds after I could no longer move. NEW shots, not residual damage. Cus that’s a thing in Destiny...
