How has arbalest gone nearly 2 years without it being nerfed
The most broken gun in destiny 2. Please nerf it. Lower the damage, aim assist, make it a heavy, I don’t care. This gun is one of the many reasons this game will never be competitive.
Edit: “People don’t even use arbalest” are you high? Apparently this has gone over everyone’s head that I’m talking about TRIALS. Of course no one is going to be using it in pve.

Because it's not overpowered. It has a charge time. Shimmy in and out of cover to bait them into firing or at least distract them long enough for a teammate to flank. If you can't handle playing against Arbalest, then you were also going to get destroyed by Jotunn, Bastion, snipers, etc.

1 ReplyI only ever used it when I was trying to get the recluse and had to go into comp. I think it's a fair gun the charge rate takes forever. If you're going to get kills with it you have to headshot, you miss that headshot it takes to long to hit them again. But i guess my opinion is mute anyways i quit playing any type of crucible this season also gambit.

Which means they really want what's buried in there. If Rasputin was protecting it, it's valuable. We've got to flush those Flayers out.

4 RepliesNobody uses it pve because it is garbage there. Who in their right mind would use Arbelest over Anarchy, Xenophage, 1k voices, Outbreak Perfected, Jotuun, Lament, ect? Nerf a garbage waste of space? I haven't touched it since 2 days after I got it. By the way. Most snipers are just as good and don't have a charge up time

3 RepliesIm guessing you play on console? yeah it seems arbalest is an issue for you guys. I play on pc with a controller and arbalest is a joke but maybe because everyone has good aim. Idk man, arbalest has its moments but it takes a ton of flinch, snipers are still better and the meta promotes players rushing with shotguns and freezing anything that moves. Arbalest is just a meme weapon so if you are actually getting angry about it then the trolling has worked on you.

3 RepliesI have a much bigger problem with Jotuun this season. Always invisible Hunters shooting you down from I don’t know where. So annoying. Nothing I can do. Jump, dodge, doesn’t matter. Crazy aim assist and tracking.

3 RepliesArbalest was released in a pretty “meh” state, but got buffed shortly before the Komodo pinnacle quest was released. Unless it is as pervasive as Mountaintop was before Sunsetting, Hardlight was during early days of re-Trials of Osiris, or at least Ace of Spades now...Arbalest isn’t a problem.
