The previous week Iron Banner was available the weapon was dropping. They removed it from the loot pool this week's IB because it was rolling with good perks, can't have that. Getting 2 shot in Crucible isn't very fun so I can understand from that perspective, but why they haven't separated the PVE and PVP meta is just baffling and would avoid all this.
