  • Hi there. An account can only be linked and unlinked by you authenticating the login credentials of the account, as proof of ownership. If for whatever reason you can't log into the account, you can try contacting Xbox Support for help regaining access. If you can't log into it, the alternative option is to unlink your current account from your profile and create a new profile with that account. Be aware that doing so will cause you to lose any emblems you've gotten from promotions or reward codes, as those are associated with your profile and not your platform accounts.

If you are unable to authenticate account(s) linked in your Bungie profile, you will not be able to remove them. Bungie cannot remove accounts due to security reasons. You would need to contact the platforms in question to regain access to your accounts, in order to be able to authenticate them in your Bungie profile. You also have a Battle.net account linked in your profile, which currently cannot be authenticated due to the removal of Battle.net authentication on Bungie.net (as a result of PC Move support expiry). Having said that, if you wish to, e.g. set up cross-save or just wish to not have the old accounts in your profile, you'd need to move your working account(s) to a new Bungie profile. This would cause you to lose any promotional emblems you have redeemed using your current profile as the emblems are tied to it and not the platform accounts.

Hello, Bungie cannot remove an account from your Bungie profile. The only way an account can be unlinked from a profile is by using the inking function in your account settings. If you can not verify that you are the owner of the connected account I don't believe there is a way to remove the account. Side note, as it stands I'm only seeing a Blizzard profile and a Steam account on your profile.
