Missing "Essence of Insanity" quest
I'm attempting to work on my Shadowkeep collections to get my Shadowkeep seal.
I can't pick up the "Essence of Insanity" quest from the Lectern of Enchantment because it claims "can hold only one at a time" but I have triple checked my quest log and it is not in the log.
I thought it might be hidden somehow, so I completed 100 grenade launcher kills (the only step not already completed) in Anchor of Light, but nothing progressed.
Help is appreciated

If you have ever abandoned this quest before, it may still be there 'in the background' and prevent you from picking up a fresh copy - it will give the error message that only one can be held. Claim any abandoned quests that the lectern holds, and keep doing it. Hopefully Essence of Insanity will appear.
