Hi all, I'm an xbox player on Destiny 2. I came in during Forsaken, forgot about the game until Season of Arrivals and have been playing somewhat regularly since. The reason why I mention this is to provide the context that I am not a long-time player of this game. And because of this I ask why have I been banned from Crucible and Gambit for two weeks as a first offense due to connection issues (I live in a rural area and there's literally nothing I can do about having bad wifi) and not intentional disconnecting. If I have been banned in the past and do not remember, it would have been over a year ago and surely the amount of disconnections I have had (which is less than ten over the last month, and mostly Gambit if that matters) is not something that is cumulative over the course of what would be now approximately a year and a half. Can someone let me know if I'm missing something here, because otherwise I feel like there has been a mistake, especially when you consider the fact that the day I was banned I had not disconnected a single time from a Crucible or Gambit game. So if someone can explain to me why I deserve to miss Iron Banner, or perhaps can fix this issue, I would appreciate it immensely.
