What an absolute meme.
Nerf the aim assist. It’s fundamentally broken and the magnetism means something like 90% of hits are headshots.
Literally compare to other weapon types and linear fusions have way higher headshot %. Big dumb. Big tired. Console cheese.

9 RepliesWhat aim assist? You got sniped, deal with it. It's not even like a lot of players use it that much.

muh elo

10 RepliesYou don't have an Elo you're not playing chess

26 RepliesSays the guy using the meta. Ur just as bad as that guy that ur complaining about that's using arbalest which takes more skill to use than u think. And ur a trials player on top of that so I don't know why ur complaining when I'm sure u have some sweaty builds when using the meta anyways (looking at ur chaperone and adhored sniper and the last word). Don't get mad just cuz he is out sniping u.

Awww, you poor thing. This is a common complain from the self described Crucible gods who claim their rise to greatness is only being held back by these powerful unstoppable noobs using OP weapons. Thus, my response is, LMAO!!!!

aim assist is the reason people love dire, ace, gnawing hunger, beloved/adored..... the sooner you realize the game is about cheese, isn't a competitive shooter, and the meta focuses high aim assist weapons you'll feel better. i can aim at someone's stomach while sliding and get headshots with chaperone. one can hope bungie balances pvp but the same reason sunshot isnt meta is the same reason arbalest shoots 5 feet from your head and connects.

2 RepliesPlayed against a few players on survival and i guess their aim with arbalest was awfull as they got maybe 1 kill per round and missed every other shot or body shot only, but i have been against players where i got headshot while using thundercrash...3 times...in a match, so in the right hands yeah it can be to much op, regarding jotuun ffs its normally an easy dodge, that's why no one uses it in competitive, in 1 full season i only encountered 1 warlock using jotuun, but damn was he extremely good at using that weapon, aerial kills only top tree dawn, reall smart player who made the gun really shine in competitive

5 RepliesStop running into open areas. Dont peek the same lane twice. Dont come out of cover head level either slide out or jump out. Pvp 101 dont be predictable.
-
6 RepliesWahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh seriously lol. Team shooting and shotguns rushing is worse
-
26 RepliesIt has a 61 AA... that’s less than non sunset Snipers.
-
I honestly very rarely come across an arbalest user... And when I do I'm not worried about it because i usually die to it only once and then learn to avoid sniping lanes... People complaining about irrelevant crap never get old. Learn to counter, almost every weapon, super, ability, ect in this game has a counter... Be smart. All i hear in the crucible audio is crimson and felwinters because trash can teams can run them together, that is by far more annoying then a singular arbalest user. Hello normal snipers are more annoying then arbalest. Sounds like your a salty trials player that can't get a flawless because of someone using a decent weapon that can counter a lot of the metas most braindead cucumbers like yourself use.

30 RepliesSays the guy running glacioclasm, felwinter, and shatterdive. What a generation of hypocrites.

3 RepliesI’ve been killed by a lot if things in PvP, Arbalest is a rare bird. There are plenty of issues in PvP way more impactful on enjoyment than that gun. This IB I was jumping for joy after being killed by an actual weapon.

Edited by High Charity: 1/11/2021 7:32:29 PMStrangley, I've only seen a small handful all season
-
People say things like “I don’t see it very often” and I would just like say that’s a very good thing as the gun is ridiculously strong on console due to no flinch and insane aim assist, fusion rifles just aren’t a thing everyone enjoys due to charge time but if more people started using this everyone would realize real quick it is actually broken
-
1 ReplyHow dare you have a problem with a heavy weapon that’s in the primary slot. :(
-
It's not aim assist. Its hits hitbox. The fact you can aim at a person's chest and get a headshot is the problem with it.
-
2 RepliesIt seems to be a console problem. Every complaint about arbalest seems to be on console; on pc it’s rarely used.
-
I can’t even remember how many trials matches I’ve played where our team was up and the other team switched to arbalest. It’s literally easy mode. The fact that this hasn’t been addressed yet is beyond me.
-
3 RepliesThe counter to arbalest is jotunn
-
yes you can. I believe in you.
-
I especially love when the opposite teams loses a round or 2 and one of the switches to arbalest. Its annoying to play against because more often then not youll flinch them into a headshot. Or get hit around a corner. Feels bad. Big sad
-
GTFO.

2 RepliesIt’s ridiculous. I was playing IB yesterday and this one guy got headshot after headshot after headshot no matter what he was hit with. Auto rifle, handcannon, pulse rifle...nothing deterred it’s accuracy.
