Numbers on players gamertags
Can anyone explain to me as I’m not all that knowledgeable with what destiny has become but I’m seeing numbers by players names, is that what season rank they are or what as I’m trying to get to as much season rank as I can but in order to do that I need to do some raids, get my power level up higher etc but don’t seem to have anyone to play this with so I’m basically going it alone and it’s not that much fun

No you don't need to raid at all to increase your season rank. Season rank is increased by xp gains. The most efficient gains come from weekly bounties and weekly challenges from vendors like doing 8 bounties for Zavala.

5 RepliesYou can have a low season rank and be able to raid. People beat the raid at 1230, easier as you get higher light, 1260 should be fairly easy.
