Cross save
I have an xbox account connected to my cross save that is not authenticated and I do not have access to it. Im wanting to connect my xbox account to my cross save.

4 RepliesHello. Since you have cross save active, you will need to deactivate cross save in order to unlink it. If you do not know the credentials to the account, you will need to contact Xbox support to help gain access to your account. If that is not successful, cross save cannot be deactivated.
