After killing one revenant knight to get wrathful buff and do some damage to the high celebrant, the second knight doesn't drop the buff and from there, the celebrant will just stand there and not shoot. Can't get damage buffs either. Even if I kill him slowly without him attacking, the quest doesn't progress and still tells me to engage him. Completely broken and can not progress in this at all.
