This depends on the activity. +1 activities are 3 strikes using the same subclass ad the weekly burn. 3 crucible matches. 3 gambit matches and Weekly clan engram. +2 pinnacle activities are Eco challenge, 5 wrathborn hunts, 100k nightfall score, master empire hunt and prophecy dungeon. The new raid gives pinnacle +2 rewards for each section completed and trials 7 wins and lighthouse rewards player's with +2 pinnacles. Doing 8 bounties for vendors such as drifter, shax, variks, Zavala and gunsmith only reward a tier1 powerful drop. Tier 1 powerful drops are like prime engrams, they are +3 up until you reach 1248. At 1250 only pinnacle rewards can drop higher. All rewards that give you higher level gear are based of your total light level meaning the average of all your gear and weapons. When you open up your character to change your gear hover over the light level. It tells your gear light level and how much bonus light you get from your artifact.

All I need is an energy weapon to have a 60 base and it is going on 3 weeks now. They do not care any longer... I have had more dupes and same power with +1's it makes me want to puke... If Bungie cared about customer base, They would simply shower the player with proper goods. They don't care. Looking for a major fail soon and my finger is on uninstall...
