100% cpu usage on absolute lowest settings
As title says. I have the game turned completely down to the lowest possible and its running at 100%. I got an i5 9400, 16 gb of ram and an overclocked 1070 (made for oc)
EDIT: I also see now that my gpu is running at 100% aswell, wtf. And for both its only when I have the game open, after closing it goes back to normal stable
