Spoils of Conquest Max at 239?
So I am trying to gather spoils of conquest to get vaulted weapons and it seems I can't pick up more than 239. I honestly can't recall at what point I only got 4 spoils instead of 5. I didn't think not being an integer of 5 would block me from picking up any more (and thus not being able to get the stuff from the vault). Any idea of what to do from here?

It a stack of Spoils of Conquests on the floor would cause you to exceed the limit of 240, they can't be picked up. Just finish that activity and/or return to orbit. Then go to the tower and pick up the spoils from the postmaster.
