Transformative Perk on Hawkmoon
So today I got my hawkmoon and I'm wondering with the Transformative perk on it will I have to wait until I get a hawkmoon drop for it to have other perks? Or will my current hawkmoon get random perks on it or will it be stuck with the Transformative perk forever?

I assume you will get better drops and be incentivized to replace it.
