Where are people getting such HIGH STAT armor?!
Im consistently seeing people, specifically pvp, that have 3
Stats in the 100s and the rest in the high 60+
I know some mods help, like powerful friends and such, but there are only a few that do that
How in the name of zeus’s butthole are people fetting such high stat gear?!

If you have a 65+ armour and use the correct mods , you can get to 100+

The pieces are usually 64+, have been in that range since the first Season Pass. Let's take a 64 piece as example. Masterwork it and put a +10 on them and they're 86, with Powerful Friends or whatever the other +20 were called, the piece gives 106 on stats (this excludes Class Items of course). Hope that the piece has a desirable roll, and you're good to go. Other sources that generally drop higher stats are seasonal activities, and the Raid. I've gotten a few 60+ from it.

I think the Prophecy dungeon armour drops with good stats, same with GM Nightfalls. The more accessible Season pass gear drops with stats in the mid 60’s. I don’t have anything that’s 100+ but can put on armour that’s all high 70’s or high 80’s without using powerful friends.
