Can't buy Vanguard armor.
The armor piece says "Complete Weekly Vanguard Challenge." I've tried doing the eight bounties challenge, the Weekly Vanguard Strikes challenge, and I did the NF completions challenge. (For some reason the 100k NF challenge disappeared after I did the completions one.) It's just the Gauntlets that I can't purchase.
