Why waste your time with that mode? No only is it not worth it 90% of the time, but it's basically just a glorified elimination mode.

fr i have a 2kd and and my friends aren’t bad (1.3 and 1.4), and we just get absolutely shafted by flawless triple stasis teams running felwinters. stasis is so unbelievably unbalanced it’s crazy. i can count on one hand the amount of times i’ve been straight up outgunned by someone- but the amount of times i’ve been frozen/slowed and instakilled? i would need scientific notation. just match flawless players against flawless players- i don’t care if they stop playing because of it. if you’re going to forego playing trials because you’re afraid of not being able to stomp every game so be it.

All you bots responding to this moaning about how bad trials is blah blah blah are just pathetic. You don’t like it because you’re not good enough to succeed currently and don’t want to put in the effort to improve. Sorry trials isn’t a participation trophy activity like you’re all used to lol put some time and energy into getting better and succeeding and you’ll love trials. Or just keep shooting dregs in patrol. Either works.

They are more skilled. They beat you didn’t they? Makes them better. That bruised ego doesn’t change anything.

Provide incentive for more people to play or you will continuously fave the same teams over and over. This season has zero new weapons. Zero new armor. Reskinned reskins made into adepts. Adepts are ass. ~50% of the player base at an immediate range disadvantage without Felwinters. No actual content this season. A piss poor dawning event. More focus on eververse than the players. Of course no one is playing, and they definitely don't care about trials.

Trials population is made up of this -top 2-3% -same players, but doing recovs -cheaters -a few of the lower 97%, that will soon be gone. Its not built to be fun, which is why its on life support. The more they protect their precious, the faster it dies.

At least they ain't in PvE getting themselves killed in dumb ways and then proceeding to complain excessively because their felwinters didn't kill that champion.

Trials has the lowest population in the game. It’s pretty much now for cheaters, streamers, and recoveries. I won’t participate in it, as honestly, I wouldn’t probably make it to 3 games. And I don’t need a bunch of teammates telling me I should die for being bad, like I typically do after a regular pvp game on xbox.

I don't think you realize how matchmaking is nowadays. It is not skill based matchmaking. It is not connection based matchmaking. It isn't true skill ratings based. It is now just a matter of whoever has the exact same number of wins on their cards as you can be thrown against you. Matchmaking is so card based, I have played Trials with people that never played it before in their lives, and me with 3 people with negative K.D.s for every PVP activity, and we are thrown against a team of 3 people with over 2.5 K.D. each and the 4 player is over 4.5 K.D. and top 10 in the entire world for Trials elo. Trust me, if you were matched against players with highest elos in the world while you are playing with your 14 year old idiot that wouldn't shut up for 30 minutes about me playing Trials with him for his first try, you would see it is card based with no other factors that would make Trials of actual quality. Also, Why is it still a problem that the highest skilled players are better off farming low wins, like 1-3 wins on a card. The people that go flawless with ease are left with the only option of farming low wins. Once a person of higher skill has already gotten their flawless for the weekend, they are only logical to farm low wins on their cards. Why have 6 or 7 wins on a card and be pinned against people of their skill level? If they reset their cards every couple wins, they get casuals they can farm to increase their K.D.s and easy wins means elo gains nonstop. Bungie still has refused to address the reward system causing highest skilled players farming casuals with only 1 or 2 wins on a card. If you want tokens, and guaranteed wins, you reset your card constantly to go against the most casual players in Trials.

Look... Gonna be painfully honest here. But I think you are just wasting your time with Trials, the loot is not worth the effort and Adept weapons aren't that special. You know what? Just don't play the game really, its not worth a hardcore player's amount of time anymore since they can't produce content that is more engaging than simple filler chore list grind. Destiny 2 has become a insanely casual game for me because of the terrible changes made to this game. I've somewhat wanted to play Trials but... why bother? Adepts aren't that amazing to be worth chasing since they will be sunset anyway and again aren't that much better than my other weapons that I have. Cosmetics are kind of cool but again not worth the effort put in just to obtain them. Maybe... bragging rights? But honestly anyone who cares about bragging rights in a loot based PvP game is straight delusional imo. TL;DR Don't play Trials it ain't gonna get the love it should get, and you shouldn't show Bungie its worth your time either.

Going be fun when they take it out of the game again lol
