Gambit suspension due to internet connection problems

I like gambit and I have been suspended because of my bad internet connection, I would like you to remove my suspension, it is not my fault that I have bad internet. is the suspension temporary or permanent? Can you tell me what to do so it won't happen again?   • Restrictions for connection are two weeks for the first offense and then two months for subsequent offenses. In terms of what you can do to fix your connection is first make sure your Internet service is providing a minimum of 1Mbps up and down speeds. That is the bare minimum, however, if there are other users in your household then even having a 1Mbps will likely not be enough. I generally advise players have a min of 5Mbps up and down so they have some overhead for other devices that might be using their Internet while they play. The second thing you can do is make sure you're playing on a low latency Internet connection, preferable fiber or cable. I strongly suggest not playing on some kind of wireless connection, such as using a cell phone as a hotspot or any other mobile system that is using 4G/LTE/5G cell data. The third thing you can do is to only play on a wired Ethernet connection. Wifi is generally not an advisable LAN connection to use while playing Destiny or Destiny 2. The above are the most common reasons for poor networking.
