Opening region chests in the Dreaming City doesn't remove them from the map?
As the title says, when I go to a region chest and open it, no alert pops up saying "Region Chest opened," it doesn't disappear from the map, and it doesn't award me anything either. If I try to reload the area or restart the game, the chest is no longer there, but the icon on the map remains.
Could this be a bug of some sort? The only thing I could think of, which I haven't tried yet, is to finish the Forsaken campaign to "open" the Dreaming City. Then perhaps the region chests would track?

Same problem with all three characters on ps4. One has completed the forsaken campaign and the problem is the same. No rewards, icon doesn’t disappear on map, and chest vanishes so it can’t be reopened.

Having the same issue. It's something recent, because I some chests were gone from a couple months back.
