Seems to be an internet issue at first, but after restarting the console, uninstalling/reinstalling, and resetting the router multiple times; I can't swap my weapons. If I press A to change out my equiped weapons in the character inventory screen, both the item I clicked and the item I'm attempting to swap, will go through the animation to swap, but then won't. Instead; they both turn see through/invisible unless hovered over, and won't actually change places. A similar issue occurs when trying to dismantle items. Pre-post addendum; it appears to have stopped and fixed itself, but you may want to look into the issue anyway, it took several hours before working as intended. On the note of it being an internet issue, I use fiber optic internet with avg 20MS latency and 100Mb up/down speeds.
