Some ideas I had mind:
when empowered, you are invulnerable to be being frozen. This applies to rifts or other abilities that empower guardians.
Solar supers/abilities heat the air around you making it harder to freeze you and decreases the time of active ice wall/duskfield grenades. Stasis opponents/combatants take burning damage over a longer period of time.
Arc supers and abilities can easily shatter any nearby ice. Shattering an opponent’s ice wall has the chance to damage them instead. While using an arc super, you cannot be slowed and deal more damage to opponents using stasis supers.
Void supers and abilities have increased chances to suppress opponents using stasis. Killing stasis opponents with void abilities empowers your other abilities. Using empowered void abilities will delay stasis abilities from your opponent/combatant.

1 ReplySo everything beats stasis. That's not balance dude. Far from it.

2 RepliesSure, if you're willing to give stasis abilities the same cooldowns as the light subclasses.

Not a fan of this idea. I would agree that when using Solar you should have increased damage resistance/diminished effects from incoming Stasis. However the same should be true when using Stasis and receiving incoming Solar damage. If we want to get scientific then using Arc against stasis should actually have reduced damage as ICE is a poor conductor of electricity however I would argue to just have Solar and Stasis have the damage reductions as they can be defined as opposites. (If Stasis is classed as ICE)
