Braytech transponder buff disappeared without clearing all 3 sets
I was on my way for the last drone set and unfortunately, the ledge climbing stopped wroking, so I fell. Nothing special, something simillar happened to me last week. I killed the marauder again and: You require the braytech transponder. I didn't clear all 3 sets of drones, but somehow I lost the transponder. I believe that I found a bug, because last week I could retrieve the scanner buff after I died without any problems. I want the transponder buff back.

I had the same bug with my jump and fell to my death. I freaked out as I couldn't pick up the thing again from the scanner, I also couldn't purchase one from Variks. However, I loaded back into the area and the next time I killed the vandal I was able to pick it up and do it again.

1 ReplyThis happened to me too. Try hunting down the fallen with the code again. I tried everything, and nothing worked. When I killed the fallen with the code again, it seemed to reset the hunting down of the drone step and I was able to complete.

You would think bungie or a mentor or someone would respond with anything. Not just leave us hanging. Like we are aware of a problem and are investigating it would be nice

1 ReplyAlso having this problem. I got kicked to orbit right before the 3rd set of drones in Eternity. Really frustrating considering missing a single week will put us back multiple weeks due to the eclipse zone rotations.

I'm in the same boat. I died after killing 2 sets of drones. I cannot re-purchase the Braytech transponder from Variks, this means I cannot complete the "Eternity" triumph for this week.

6 RepliesYep, the exact same thing happened to me. I fell to my death and lost the scanner buff [i]and[/i] the transponder, locking me out of the DSC repository until next week, probably.
