Europa Penguin Toy Problem
I picked up the penguin toy while in a friends fireteam and did not participate in destroying the vex crystals. I attempted to place down the penguin and it still says that I must retrieve the penguin from the well of infinitude. I attempted to retrieve the penguin again multiple times on my other characters in a solo fireteam and the crystals would not spawn at all along with the penguin not spawning either. This is penguin #7 and I would really like if I could have the penguin as I need it for progress to the title.

The penguin in the Nexus is related to shooting the Oracles, while the Well of Infinitude is hidden behind a barrier.

Penguin 7 is Nexus. This is the penguin you shot oracles to discover. The Well off Infinitude is a different penguin hidden in the wall if I recall correctly.
